What We've been doing

Rubbish piles up in front of the recycling facility
during January 2010.

Uncollected rubbish, which cannot be accepted at the
site, piles up against the fences of the landfill site.

Desipite the problems at the landfill site, rubbish
continues to arrive.

There's plenty of rubbish, but no where for it to go.
